Andy is a former policeman, paratrooper and Special Forces officer. He served in the Australian Army, including attachments to the Malaysian and Indonesian armies, and operational deployments in South East Asia. He retired at the rank of Major.
In addition to his military career, Andy has worked as a security adviser across SE Asia, as a bodyguard for several High Net Worth individuals, and as a security contractor in the Middle East and Afghanistan. He ended his career recently as the Regional Security Director (Asia Pacific) for a multi-national company, and has now exchanged the corporate grind for full-time writing and has launched the Dragon Series books.
Born in Singapore, Andy has lived and worked for much of his life across Asia Pacific. Today, he lives between Hong Kong, where his exciting new thriller books, The Dragon Series are set, and Brisbane with his wife, and rescue cat.
